• After 1 hour (Before shipment): If your order hasn't been handed to the carrier, we will gladly assist with cancellation and refund.

• After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped; you must wait for delivery and follow our return process.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING: Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

• Sales Tax: ShopLuxeSmart collects sales tax for orders shipped within Florida in accordance with state regulations.

• Shipping Rates: Free standard shipping is available on all orders within the 48 Contiguous United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO), and international addresses).

• Payments: Financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full credit card details.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: Shipping is available exclusively within the 48 Contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military bases, or international locations. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer products to the carrier.
